Hello,

It is so nice to make contact with you.  I am a mother of two and a grandmother of four.  I am also a retired teacher with twenty four years of service in elementary education, eight of those years have been with gifted children.  I am a Nationally Board Certified Teacher and have my Gifted and Talented Certification from the county from which I was employed.  For five of those years I taught a third grade gifted class at a Magnet School for Math, Science and Technology. 

I love teaching and I especially enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and using the knowledge I have gained to enrich their education and encourage their curiosity.  I also believe in helping children learn to recognize and regulate their own emotions.  If emotions are regulated, then learning can happen.

The products I promote are products I have either purchased, used in my classroom, or would choose to use with a child from infancy to age 9 based on their educational or social-emotional regulation attributes.
